Hamilton
Group has negotiated the sale of second package of apartments for the Dutch
private investment fund Van Der Vorm Vastgoed, totalling 55 units.
The
existing residential building is located on Aleja Solidarno艣ci on the private
Medical College of Maria Sk艂odowska-Curie and will be designated for the PRS
sector with a focus on students and young professionals residing in the area.
Hamilton has also handled the tender for the fitout of the apartments which
will be completed at the end of January 2022.
