Ilona Stanik represented Hamilton Group on a Life in luxury conference that took place on November 18th in 50th floor of famous Z艂ota 44 tower. Ilona has been invited to join other panelists such as Micha艂 Skotnicki, head of BBI Development, Dariusz W臋glicki, Catella investment fund or architect Zbyszek Mackow.
The panelists covered the definition of luxurious property, compared Polish market to the foreign ones and debated on the future perspectives.
鈥淚t is estimated that 1-3% of all apartment one the market are premium鈥� says Ilona Stanik. 鈥淚n Warsaw, prices stars with 25 000 PLN per square meter, compared to 20 000 few years ago. On average, one can acquire a premium apartment for 28 000 per square meter and the most expensive ones can be priced as high as 45 000 PLN per square meter.鈥�
鈥淭he premium market is constantly developing in recent years. Buyers are interested both in purchasing for their own living needs and for investment purposes. Investors may expect increasing sales prices in the future.鈥�
