Atal Residence is a new investment consisting of several stages. The first two stages serve mainly residential purpose and offer access to commercial premises located on their ground floors. The buildings were developed within the grounds of the former Miraculum factory, and thanks to their elegant and modern architecture perfectly match the unique character of the entire district.
